After a 16-month incubation process, the report tells the story of the 15 cultural and creative organisations supported through the first edition of Collab4HYSustCCI.
This ambitious project, funded by the Creative Europe programme and realised in partnership with Materahub (Italy – coordinator), Intercultura Consult (Bulgaria), Nova Iskra (Serbia), Syn+Ergasia (Greece), and The Flying Theatre (Denmark), has created a space for cross-sector collaboration, knowledge exchange, and capacity building across Southern and Eastern Europe.

Since 2022, the initiative has been a driving force for cross-sector collaboration, knowledge exchange, and capacity building within the vibrant cultural and creative sectors of the region. The project connected 15 carefully selected cultural and creative organisations, providing grants to implement pioneering pilot projects. This support was complemented by structured mentoring and five dedicated knowledge-sharing sessions, giving participants valuable opportunities to exchange ideas, share good practices, and explore innovative approaches to creating change in their respective fields.
